Returns

1] Purchase price of glass is NOT refundable under any circumstance.

Because of the difficulties in shipping glass and the fact that many products involve custom cut sizes, glass purchases will NOT be refunded.  If there is ANY doubt as to the suitability of our glass for your application we recommended that glass be purchased from a local vendor.

If glass arrives damaged or broken please see the Damaged or Defective Goods section below..  

2] For orders under $59.00 (product cost - not including shipping charge and NOT INCLUDING GLASS)

Orders under than $59.00 are covered by our unconditional 7day return policy. Simply contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order to arrange for return.  The delivery date indicated on the package tracking information will be considered the date of receipt.

Returned product must be in useable condition for a refund to be issued.

Original (outgoing) shipping charges will be re-imbursed.  Return shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.

3] For orders of $59.00 or more (product cost - not including shipping charge and NOT INCLUDING GLASS))

Orders over $58.99 are not returnable.  If there is any doubt on the suitability of our products, we recommend a small (less than $59.00), risk-free trial purchase.

In exceptional circumstances a return may be possible but  STRICTLY AT OUR DISCRETION
Any authorized return over $58.99 will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee .

Product must be in usable condition to receive credit.

Shipping charges are NOT re-imbursed.

 


Shipping

All orders ship from our Worcester, MA 01605 facility in the USA.

We currently offer parcel shipping via Fedexground (1-5 business days within the Continental USA), Fedex Express and the USPS.

Order Tracking information is automatically delivered to the email address provided with your customer account.  Tracking updates are sent directly by the shipper and are not updated in our shopping cart.  Please ensure that email from Fedex of the USPS is not being intercepted by a spam filter.

Multi-carton orders are consolidated to minimize shipping cost.

Large orders ship LTL motorfreight when appropriate.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Because orders often include fragile materials (glass etc.), it is impossible to guarantee damage-free delivery.

We will issue a full refund, including pro-rated shipping charges or replace at no charge all damaged product reported within the specified 7 day period period.  The choice of a refund or replacement is at our discretion.

CUSTOMERS ARE EXPECTED TO INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND REPORT DAMAGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
PACKAGES MAY CONTAIN SHARP MATERIALS INCLUDING BROKEN GLASS AND MUST BE HANDLED WITH APPROPRIATE CARE TO AVOID INJURY.

Damaged goods should NOT be discarded until we have been informed. If damage is extensive we reserve the right to file claim with the carrier who may retrieve the damaged goods for inspection.

Defective product is replaced free of charge, however, we reserve the right to inspect defective product before replacing.

 


Price Guarantee

We manufacture most items offered on our website. We will beat any competitor's pricing on equivalent products of similar quality and quantity. Our guarantee applies to regularly stocked product lines and does not extend to closeouts, bankruptcies or other one-time offers.

 


Payment

ONLINE ORDERS are processed on a Secure Web Site (SSL).

Credit Cards are processed on the authorize.net network for maximum security. Customers may also opt to use the Paypal processing network at their discretion.

Payment terms are  debit or credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Dicovercards. We also accept AMEX via the Paypal netwok..

 

We accept prepayment via check or money order, however, orders will only ship after funds have been secured.

We do NOT accept COD orders.

We do not offer terms. or accept Purchase Orders on terms

 

 

 


Samples and Catalogs

We do not provide samples.  Products can be evaluated with a small order under $59, which can be returned for a full, un-conditional refund as indicated above.

We do not print a physical catalog.  All product information is available online.  Do not hesitate to contact us if additional information is required.
